Cancellation Policy

We do not have any cancelation option once the payment has been made to get successful confirmation.

Refund Policy

If any duplicate payment is made by the donor / remitter. Write to the accounts@hopeekasha.org along with proof of transaction reference or Bank Statement witnessing the double payment from the bank and the refund will be processed within 10 days of the receipt of the mail and duplicate payment will be refunded to the issuing Bank / user’s card banker within 15 days. Taxes / surcharge / transaction fee charged by the payment gateway company will not be refunded to donor / remitter.
